Initiate Program

Before the enrollment calls begin by JP Morgan, Accounts Payable will send Emory Campus notice that the suppliers will be contacted by JP Morgan asking them if they'd like to enroll in Emory's expedited SUA Payment option (see attached example of the notice - SUA Expansion Campaign (DOCX)).

The purpose of this communication is to socialize and endorse the SUA program and to ensure alignment across various functions that interact with vendors.

Vendors may reach out to campus to verify that this is a legitimate program. Let them know that it is, and that it is Emory's preferred payment method option.

The SUA Campaign is now ready to be implemented.
